Folder 8 also includes accompanying community flyers about local Chinese New Year events. Folder 18 contains a grouping titled “Contemporary Chinese Material” of newspaper clippings from the Los Angeles Times, the Christian Science Monitor, and Griffith Park News dated in the 1970s.
