Topics include APA community groups, arts education, crisis prevention, and welfare reform. Includes one sub-series containing a significant collection of reports arguing against California Proposition 227, also known as the Unz Initiative or "English for the Children," a 1998 measure that dismantled bilingual education in California public schools. One folder entitled 'Computer Information' holds 11 3.5 inch floppy disks with unknown collection of files.
