Arrangement

Arranged partially based on original groupings and on status of the newspaper clippings themselves as most are brittle/breaking apart.

1) The first sleeve includes clippings from: 07/18/1930; 02/28/1931; 03/04/1931; 03/24/1931.

2) The second sleeve includes pages of 07/03/1939.

3) Third sleeve includes clippings from 1939 - 1940. The clippings from 1940 are mostly from months of February and March. The clippings seemingly were grouped together based on topic (primarily political news about Chiang Kai Shek and Republic of China).

4) Fourth sleeve was sleeved separately due to tape residue. This is undated, but is assumed to be from 1939 based on the advertisements.(Movies showing in the theater advertised were released in the United States in 1939.)
